Guests consistently praise the friendly, attentive staff and the convenience of the location near TopGolf and Zion National Park. However, several reviews highlight significant noise levels due to traffic near the main road and uncomfortable mattresses. While breakfast receives mixed feedback, the rooms are generally noted as clean and spacious.
Great staff and design - Breakfast good! Had scrambled eggs, bacon one day, sausage the next and a breakfast sandwich option both days, cereal, yogurt, waffles, toasts, muffins, bagels, milks, juices, and coffee of course. The beds are hard, bedrooms very clean and spacious, loved the huge shower in our room & the TV allows Internet TV options such as YouTube that signs you out when you turn off the TV. The shining star of my visit though was Ana at the front desk on Saturday morning. I found out she was in from Texas, where I'm from & was just in for that shift, then heading back. She was so kind and helpful and sweet. My only complaint really is the location is prime if you are ok hearing all the loud cars and trucks driving down the main street on the side of the building. The noise carries when doors are closing so it'll wake up a light sleeper.
Clean, room heater ran all the time 80 in the room at night very miserable, breakfast was the worst I've seen in years, very chincy, crappy coffee. Stay elsewhere it can't be any worse. Close to TopGolf that was nice.
We made a reservation for a room with a king bed, but none were available at check-in. They told us they only had rooms with two queen beds or a special room for people with disabilities, which we decided not use it in case a guest who really needed it could use it. They only gave us one key for the room, as they didn't have enough for all the hotel guests. The daily room cleaning, for the last few days, never cleaning the toilet; they only made our beds and provided new towels, but they didn't clean the toilet! Honestly, it was my first time at this hotel, but a very bad experience. For cheaper prices, you can find better hotels on this amazing location with better service than this one!
I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I liked that it had two TVs and two beds, which made it great for relaxing and having space for everyone. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely stay here again.
Polite staff, the rooms were clean. We had a situation with the TV not working. They made it right by upgrading us to another room and rewarded us with extra Marriott Von Boy points.
I called in to check availability for connecting rooms and Stephanie answered and went above and beyond. She explained although it is a request only, she went a step further and placed the rooms on hold. She even checked if there were lower rates. Service is so important and Stephanie exudes service. We had a great conversation and Im confident our stay will be just a delightful.
It’s impossible to get a good nights sleep here. The mattress in my room was so old and uncomfortable that I had neck, back, and chest pain just by laying down. I stayed for two nights and barely slept. The room was clean and the staff was fine, but the bed was so awful that this place deserves a two star review. Additionally, I could hear every car that passed the hotel, every door that closed in the hallway, and every person that walked by the room. Absolutely miserable. I needed to be close to Midvale, and I have always trusted the Marriott brand in the past, so I booked here. I wish I had gone somewhere else.
Clean, great location. Unfortunately the electronic keys were not working, bit of an annoyance for sure. Jane at the front desk was PHENOMENAL. Incredibly helpful, patient, and kept trying to make the situation better although she really had no co yell over the key system being down. Ended up having to move rooms which was very streamline and easy.
The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff being both friendly and helpful. Also, the atmosphere at the front desk was very welcoming and positive. It made me feel right at home. Jane & Eliza, you’re amazing!
I wanted to give a big shout out and thanks to Stephanie. She was very nice and polite and was able to help me with all my hotel questions. But most importantly, her knowledge of the area was very helpful. I had plans to go and visit a certain location in the area as an excursion to check out Salt Lake, and she provided me and my family with a much better half day event. My family loved it and it made our Nationals Gymnastics weekend even more memorable. Thanks Stephanie!!! We are very much appreciative of your hospitality. .
