It’s 3:31AM. I’m awake listening to the 1995 era window AC rattling and cycling on and off trying to keep the room mildly comfortable, which is a stretch goal for this hotel. It’s dried out the air, they don’t provide any bottled water in the rooms so I’ve already made a trip down the stairs to the desk to buy water, and the lack of an elevator and the fake 4.1 rating on the Bonvoy app is ridiculous. For another $10/night, we all could’ve been asleep long ago at any other hotel in town. No elevator in 2026? Feels like a rebranded best western from 1980. Not happy, clearly frustrated by Bonvoy even listing this place being so far off brand it’s ridiculous.

The hotel should tell you they have a very loud bar in the parking lot. We stayed on a Saturday to Sunday night. When we returned Saturday night to turn in, the bar in the parking lot was so loud. I asked the front desk how long that goes on, she told me 2 am. After a few minutes in the room I asked the desk if they had an interior room, hotel is full. At 11:45 pm we packed and left.

We stayed here last night, and it was beyond horrible. They need to advertise that there is an extremely LOUD bar in the same parking lot that plays live music until 2:30 am. I know because I couldn’t sleep until after the bar shut down and the parking lot emptied. And it’s not just loud, the vibration from the music was insane. We had a sound machine on up high, and we could still hear the music and talking. Not to mention the lights from the bar. And then on top of it, our next door neighbor must not have realized the noise was coming from outside because they started banging on our walls probably expecting quiet which then turned into my toddler and baby being scared awake. Lastly, the entire hotel needs to be updated. Just not a great experience at all, which is unfortunate! I will not be staying there again and will now be mapping out every business close to a hotel I stay at and their business hours.

We had a reservation for two adjoining rooms on first floor with us in one room and daughter and granddaughter in other. They don’t have an elevator so this was important as we had stroller,etc. We got there and apparently someone had sold one of the rooms in the day shift. We sat in the foyer trying to figure things out. Foyer was 78 degrees — which definitely set a sketchy tone. The poor gal helping us was trying to figure out something that would work for us. But not only was I our requested room sold, it was hot, but their slider to create room keys was broken— so she would have to take us to our rooms to let us in each time!! We asked her to get us adjoining rooms next door at the Springhill Marriott. I give her great stars for making that happen. No way were we going to stay in this run down hotel — I’m really surprised it carried the Marriott name.

Something about Marriott hotels in Salt Lake City. The service quality is noticeably worse than other cities. This hotel has no elevators so forget about it if you can't use stairs. Breakfasts are served luke warm: Oatmeal, eggs. Their standard is low like $50 hotels. No little amenities. Everything needs to be purchased.

I met the most despicable woman walking the earth. She is the GM allegedly named Claudia Catala. She made a bad situation ten times worse. She had zero interest in listening. All the despicable things she said merit contempt. They owe me a refund for the nature of the general manager.

Honestly had such an awful experience. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but while I’m awake at 2:00 AM I may as well take a moment to let others know that there is a bar next door with stadium lights that blast into the windows of the hotel. This wouldn’t be a problem however if there were any sort of curtains in the room, but all that’s there is a sheer fabric panel, so not only is your room extremely bright through the night you have little to no privacy. This alone has kept my child awake all night and what was supposed to be an evening of rest has quite literally been a horrible disaster. Would not recommend booking here.

Two night stay on the first floor. Rooms and amenities are dated. The treadmill was out of level so I was walking down hill until I was able to raise the platform. The machine was also sticky and the TV didn't work. Additionally, the staff does not walk the halls at night to ensure resident safety or quiet enjoyment. The guys in the next room were up until the early AM listening to loud music and yelling over it. Walls and doors are thin. The electrical connections are loose and unable to find one that charged my devices.

I’ve stay at this location many times, mostly for work. The customer service here is excellent. The rooms are always very clean. The housekeeping staff is so efficient! Jami, Jenny & Destiny do an excellent job! The whole place is clean. The hallways, lobby, and all the outside area. A young man from the maintenance crew saw me lugging my heavy suitcase so he came down the stairs and took all of my stuff up to my room. Wish I got his name, he was so helpful! Everyone is just so friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. It's close to lots of places to eat and a grocery store within a three-minute drive. Great staff, clean inside & out and a great location. I highly recommend this location.

Fair rates, standard continental breakfast, and decent rooms (with mini fridges). Nice location. But not the most comfy beds and some rooms have a bit of a smell. Overall, good.
