I had an extended stay for 9 nights, and it started out well initially. After the first couple of nights, for 3 nights they didn't restock any of the towels. For the following 2 nights they didn't even come to the room for any housekeeping. The first time the room wasn't cleaned, I visited the front desk and was told only one of their housekeepers was available so my room was skipped. I was informed housekeeping would visit my room the next day, and a note was written down for it while I also asked for towels since I had run out. The following day, housekeeping never showed, and I revisited the front desk and there wasn't an explanation as to why housekeeping skipped my room again. Another note was written down for housekeeping to visit. I then visited the front desk the next morning in order to get more towels and speak with the manager. When I spoke to the manager, he was apologetic and had housekeeping visit my room while I went out. At no point in time during this debacle was there any mention of providing compensation for the subpar service provided. You are probably good to stay at the hotel for a night or two if you need something in the location, but I would highly discourage anyone doing an extended stay because once they have your money, they don't care to keep up the service. As a side note, the toilet handle was halfway cracked through, and every time I used it, it would have gaps in the crack and looked like it would snap in two. I still have 2 more nights, and I will update my review accordingly. If no further updates are added, then nothing has improved or become worse since posting.

I’ve stayed at the Fairfield Inn Draper for the past two weeks while traveling for work, and it’s been a decent stay overall. One big plus is the VASA Fitness right across the parking lot, which made it easy to keep up my workouts since the hotel gym is pretty limited compared to others I’ve used. The breakfast is available, but it’s on the lower end of what I’ve come to expect from Fairfield locations. The pool seems popular with families, and having a few restaurants within walking distance is definitely convenient. Overall, it’s a solid option for a work stay if location and convenience are your priorities.

Good news, this place is clean and has a huge pool! Bad news, there is no elevator, is not updated, and every room is a lock off. You can hear a lot from inside and out. Looks like there was no problem upgrading the Springhill Suites that is next door though. Breakfast was even lacking from other Fairfield Inns I've stayed at. The people at the front counter were great and the best part of staying here.

It’s 3:31AM. I’m awake listening to the 1995 era window AC rattling and cycling on and off trying to keep the room mildly comfortable, which is a stretch goal for this hotel. It’s dried out the air, they don’t provide any bottled water in the rooms so I’ve already made a trip down the stairs to the desk to buy water, and the lack of an elevator and the fake 4.1 rating on the Bonvoy app is ridiculous. For another $10/night, we all could’ve been asleep long ago at any other hotel in town. No elevator in 2026? Feels like a rebranded best western from 1980. Not happy, clearly frustrated by Bonvoy even listing this place being so far off brand it’s ridiculous.

The hotel should tell you they have a very loud bar in the parking lot. We stayed on a Saturday to Sunday night. When we returned Saturday night to turn in, the bar in the parking lot was so loud. I asked the front desk how long that goes on, she told me 2 am. After a few minutes in the room I asked the desk if they had an interior room, hotel is full. At 11:45 pm we packed and left.

We stayed here last night, and it was beyond horrible. They need to advertise that there is an extremely LOUD bar in the same parking lot that plays live music until 2:30 am. I know because I couldn’t sleep until after the bar shut down and the parking lot emptied. And it’s not just loud, the vibration from the music was insane. We had a sound machine on up high, and we could still hear the music and talking. Not to mention the lights from the bar. And then on top of it, our next door neighbor must not have realized the noise was coming from outside because they started banging on our walls probably expecting quiet which then turned into my toddler and baby being scared awake. Lastly, the entire hotel needs to be updated. Just not a great experience at all, which is unfortunate! I will not be staying there again and will now be mapping out every business close to a hotel I stay at and their business hours.

We had a reservation for two adjoining rooms on first floor with us in one room and daughter and granddaughter in other. They don’t have an elevator so this was important as we had stroller,etc. We got there and apparently someone had sold one of the rooms in the day shift. We sat in the foyer trying to figure things out. Foyer was 78 degrees — which definitely set a sketchy tone. The poor gal helping us was trying to figure out something that would work for us. But not only was I our requested room sold, it was hot, but their slider to create room keys was broken— so she would have to take us to our rooms to let us in each time!! We asked her to get us adjoining rooms next door at the Springhill Marriott. I give her great stars for making that happen. No way were we going to stay in this run down hotel — I’m really surprised it carried the Marriott name.

I can’t say enough good about this hotel! Our stay started off a little rocky with the AC in our room not working and a really hard bed the first night…BUT we talked to Stephan at the front desk in the morning and they TOOK CARE OF US!!! We moved rooms (which they did for us) they discounted our stay and checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good!!! The location was great, close to everything and the hotel was clean and well maintained! The pool was nice and our room was perfect! We will be back! Thanks Stephan and Marriott for making our Anniversary getaway so relaxing!

Something about Marriott hotels in Salt Lake City. The service quality is noticeably worse than other cities. This hotel has no elevators so forget about it if you can't use stairs. Breakfasts are served luke warm: Oatmeal, eggs. Their standard is low like $50 hotels. No little amenities. Everything needs to be purchased.

I met the most despicable woman walking the earth. She is the GM allegedly named Claudia Catala. She made a bad situation ten times worse. She had zero interest in listening. All the despicable things she said merit contempt. They owe me a refund for the nature of the general manager.
