It is a very affordable and cozy lodge with an unlimited hot chocolate and coffee bar on the fourth floor. I would highly recommend. one thing to know is that even numbered rooms have a bedroom but not a kitchen and uneven rooms have a pullout couch and a full kitchen. It is a quick 2 minute walk to snowbird center. For reference the cliff house is the nicest and most expensive place to stay at snowbird and the inn is the cheapest. The lodge sits in between these two in terms of price and amenities.

I recently had a very difficult experience with this hotel. We had an unexpected medical emergency arise a few days after cancellation cut off prior to our trip. While I recognize these are in place for a reason, I pleaded with the reservation team to at least allow to change the dates until after medical treatments were complete. They simply refused. It is their choice to enforce as they see fit, but I will never visit this hotel again after it took my 2200 dollars without any willingness to amend. It is clear who they are and what they are about.

Unbelievable views! We come up here every year for my mom's birthday. Hanging out on the balcony with binoculars, looking for critters in the mountains is our favorite activity. It's a great mid-summer escape from the heat in SLC. Up here, it's 70° and breezy, going down to 53° tonight! ?

Incredible staff, there wasn’t a single thing that could’ve gone better. Some of the best staff I have ever interacted with, I would give it a 10 out of 5 if I could.

We loved staying here in a one bedroom with full kitchen and gorgeous views out of a wall of windows - updated decor feels clean, along with a spacious layout and friendly professional staff. Shoutout to the cleaning guy whose name i cant remember but he did a great job, along with Aaron the bellman and shuttle driver (Alta is 6 min away!), Alyssa at the front desk and one cant talk about Snowbird without mentioning Shirley - each are so friendly and helpful. The Lodge is across the street from Snowbird Center where there’s the tram and lift access directly to the mtn, along with a complimentary ski check for Lodge guests, ski rentals, tram club for apres fun and a small supermarket. I didnt use the Lodge’s heated outdoor pool or other facilities but the kitchen had all the things we needed only thing that could be improved would be for laundry in the room. We liked it here more than Cliff lodge and will surely return every time we ski Snowbird and Alta!

Stayed here last year and already have time booked for September 2024. It is just a very different feeling and the mountain air is so refreshing and not a better place to relax and enjoy all that utah and snowbird have to offer even during the off snow months. Would definitely recommend staying here and spending a weekend or two or three.

Too noisy and no AC. It is 90 degrees during the day time in Snowbird and this hotel does not have any AC in the room. I checked in the hotel at 11pm and got up at 5:30am because the room inside is very hot. The front desk staff asked me whether I had windows open and had fan on. I did all but it is still too hot to sleep. The hotel has a lot of noise from trucks. You can hear the noise in the attached video. I talked with the front desk whether it is possible to check out early without penalty. The front desk said not having AC is on the contract.

We planed a family reunion for an extended weekend and paid in advance for five days. An arrival we informed manager that due to unexpected illness of one of our family members we would like to leave one day earlier. We were told that our deposit for the last day will not be returned. In any reputable hotel, the management will not charge you for your room if you let them know in advance. I hope the new Snowbird management reconsider this decision.

Place it’s great, the rooms are spacious, clean and great for resting. The common areas are also pretty and clean. The one thing that broke the entire experience was the reception service, felt that I was checking in at a motel and the help was very careless. Valet and storage guys were amazing!!!!
